Terms & Conditions for b8bd — Bangladesh's Online Casino and Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and b8bd (hereinafter referred to as "b8bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at b8bd.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programs, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the b8bd website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the b8bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and b8bd.

To register an account and use the b8bd Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

Each individual may maintain only one registered account with b8bd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited without compensation.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. b8bd reserves the right to request verification documents — including but not limited to national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile money account confirmation — at any point during the operation of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your b8bd account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity by a third party who gains access through your credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. b8bd will never ask you for your password in any communication. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

You must notify b8bd promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your credentials have been compromised. b8bd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials.

b8bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• b8bd is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a court order.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

All transactions on the b8bd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b8bd does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed on the payments page within your account dashboard. These minimums are subject to change, and the current limits applicable at the time of the transaction shall apply.

Deposits made to your b8bd wallet using bKash or Nagad are typically credited within seconds of a successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. b8bd is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are processed by b8bd within one (1) business day of the withdrawal request being submitted, provided that all verification requirements for the account have been satisfied. b8bd reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

b8bd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms. Players are responsible for any such charges.

b8bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all b8bd bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who are fully registered, age-verified, and in good standing with b8bd.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household, and per device, unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring or repeatable promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable.

The following general betting rules apply across all b8bd products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation except where a cash-out facility is available and expressly offered for the relevant market.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. b8bd reserves the right to correct odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical error. Winnings paid on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided and recalculated.
• b8bd reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or Player account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or live betting session, b8bd will apply the rules set out in the relevant game provider's technical failure policy. Interrupted games may be void or resumed from a saved state depending on the provider's rules.
• Results determined by b8bd following a completed settlement review are final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b8bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings without compensation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any form of advantage over other players or over b8bd.
• Colluding with other players, whether through communication, chip-dumping in card games, coordinated betting, or any other method designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such issue must be reported to b8bd support immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through the b8bd platform.
• Placing bets with the primary intent of satisfying bonus wagering requirements using low-risk or zero-risk strategies that do not represent genuine gambling activity (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus whoring").
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other technology to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing b8bd staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

b8bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulties, or escaping personal problems.

b8bd provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the account settings at any time:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the b8bd platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the platform.
• Use the b8bd name, logo, or brand assets in any context outside of personal, non-commercial use without explicit written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any b8bd content.

Any unauthorised use of b8bd intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b8bd shall not be liable to any Player for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses of any amount, whether or not the result of technical error, game malfunction, or server downtime.
• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account balance data, betting history, or personal information.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Any interruption, suspension, or permanent discontinuation of the Services due to technical maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude b8bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

b8bd collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

b8bd will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems where necessary to operate the Services. SSL encryption is applied to all data transmitted between your device and the b8bd servers. b8bd employs industry-standard security practices to protect stored data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.

b8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b8bd will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where more immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the b8bd Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. b8bd recommends checking this page at least once per month to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b8bd operates as a safe and reliable entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

b8bd makes no representation that the Services are lawful, appropriate, or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of where the platform is operated. Access to b8bd from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and is a violation of these Terms.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process set out in Section 14 below may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

When submitting a complaint or dispute, please include your registered username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. b8bd will acknowledge your submission within 24 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal review process, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior b8bd representative, whose written decision will be final. b8bd's decisions on matters of fact — including game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility — are conclusive absent manifest error.
